I tried the gyms, but there's plenty going on. Grocery stores, cafes ..., cruise only, and no one says hello to everyone!
I lived in New York, but people seem to be more careful here ...

MCC Church, are very large in the country.
We are a little bit smarter .... very self-centered that they believe meet the people on them, if you just say hello.
Volunteering in an area that interests you, you will meet some good people that way.
